This policy explains how Professor Fox handles successful purchases, cancelled checkout, failed generations, and VIP Membership activation.

Wallet credits

  • Successful wallet credit purchases are not refundable as cash after payment succeeds.
  • Credits remain available in your Professor Fox wallet for eligible platform usage.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are not shown here and may apply during payment.

Failed generations

  • If credits were deducted and a generation fails due to a platform or provider error, eligible credits are refunded back as platform credits.
  • Credit refunds are reflected in the wallet or transaction history when the platform can verify the failed generation.

Checkout cancellation

If you close or cancel a Razorpay checkout before payment succeeds, your account is not charged by Professor Fox and no wallet credits are added.

VIP Membership

VIP Membership is non-refundable after activation unless required by law or approved after duplicate/technical payment review.
